Hotel of Sarah

I’ve been to and worked in a huge number of hotels over the years from boutique privately owned properties to big multinational corporate chains, and every now and then I come across something that really strikes a chord with me, something I can’t forget. Before studying hotel management and working in different hotels I used to think I wanted to own and run my own hotel and part of me still does, but until then I’ve put together a list of all the things I’ve seen and loved and would make an appearance in the Hotel of Sarah.

Restaurant starter – goat’s cheese crostini from Manuka Kitchen (Granted, not a hotel but owned by two ex-hotel employees)

Restaurant dessert – warm chocolate fondant from Cliff Townhouse (Read my review here)
