When considering a short break in a European city, the main boxes I look for my hotel to tick are location and cost. Whatever lies in-between I’m willing to compromise on so it makes for a great experience when I discover a hotel that ticks all boxes. I stayed at Hotel Georgette in 2013 and would definitely stay here again if I return to Paris.
Here are five reasons I would revisit Hotel Georgette, Paris.
It sits a stone’s throw from Centre Pompidou and is quite central. Notre Dame is well within walking distance.
I personally feel that Hotel Georgette is reasonably priced considering its location and the high hospitality standards it offers. The cost for a room starts at around £100 per night. Twin and double rooms are available.
Hotel Georgette is BEAUTIFUL. Everything is bright, colourful, quirky and stylish. Each room has a different personality and a special touch. My favourite feature in the room I stayed in was the starry night effect of the lights in the bathroom!
The staff definitely added to my experience. Really helpful, very clear with directions, full of tips and beaming with personality.
Hotel Georgette feels like a cool but relaxed place to stay. It’s the sort of place you’d expect to find lone travellers staying as well as families. A perfect slice of urban luxury right in the heart of Paris.
